Aaron Lewis Kicks Off Solo Tour

Staind’s Aaron Lewis kicked off his solo tour last Friday evening in Henderson, Nevada. He’ll being solo touring until January 15th and then again with Staind from January 18th through February 10th for a Europe/UK tour. He then does his solo thing again for a couple more weeks back in the states. I’d be interested to see a solo show. I dig acoustic sound and it’s nice to get away from the noise of metal and hard rock every now and then and just be able to listen and enjoy something on the slower and lower side. I was unable to attend Aarons solo at Ruth Eckerd Hall, Clearwater, FL due to health reasons. I am anxious, however, to know how the performance was. I’ve looked for a review and as yet, can’t find one. Anyone that can give me a critique? I would like to know before the expense of traveling to Hollywood for his next solo which is father away for me than the Clearwater venue. Any info would be appreciated. We are big Staind fans and no doubt Aaron Lewis by himself would not be a dissapointment? Thanks.

I’m sorry that you missed the show and I hope you’re feeling better. I drove 300 miles to see the show and it was worth it! I know it’s not the same as actually being there to see him perform, but I did take some footage and you can see it on YouTube.com Just search for my user name (hottpockket) and the videos should pop up. From there you should be able to see videos from others who were there as well. Good luck to you.
I caught his show in Chicago a couple years ago…fan-freakin-tastic. I love Staind and metal, but this guy is terrific.
