Bret Michaels Stops The Ho-Train For Now…

O.k., well technically it’s a bus. But all humor aside for a sad situation. If you haven’t been following the news on this Rock Of Love Bus accident, a member of the crew was heading to the next stop of the Rock Of Love Bus tour in a truck carrying equipment when he fell asleep at the wheel. He crossed over the median and hit two cars killing two teenagers. The driver, Dennis Hernandez survived the crash and will be charged in the accident. TMZ reported that Bret Michaels put the breaks on the love bus to reach out and express his sympathies to the families of the teens. Michaels made the following statement:
“As a father of two, I cannot even imagine what the families must be going through at this time. I will make every attempt to reach out to them to let them know that my heart and prayers are with them during their time of grief,” said Michaels in a statement.
Did he really reach out to the families of the two teenage girls……dont think so my family is still in shock and wanting some closure for our lost of Yasmine Jackson and we have yet to hear anything from brett…Wonder what happen to the driver didnt he kill 3 people…I truely hope he’s still not out on the streets driving with a non valid licsence
I really don’t know, DeAndre. Never heard anything ales about it afterward. The issue with the driver wasn’t so much that he didn’t have a valid license, but anyone can fall asleep at the wheel. I’m sure he doesn’t feel good about what happened, but I would blame the VH1 network or his supervisor for letting or making him drive while being sleep deprived. You can hate the driver for being at fault for the death of those girls, but it really doesn’t help and I’m sure he feels terrible about it. Had he been drinking and driving and killed those two girls then it would be a different issue all together.
