BuckCherry Leaks Their Own Tunes?
July 7, 2008 by Scott
Antimusic.com speculates that BuckCherry were actually the culprites behind the leak of their new single “Too Drunk…” last week. Soon after “finding out” about the leaked song, hyped it, linked it and anounced that they would make a down and dirty video for it. Here is part of the statment they released in concerns of the leak.
“It’s come to our attention that one of the tracks off our new album has leaked out on the net. Honestly, we hate it when this shit happens, because we want our FANS to have any new songs first.”
“because we want our FANS to have any new songs first.”? Trust me, dude. The only people that are downloading such leaked songs are your fans…all 16 of them. Newsflash: People that are not your fans will not download your music. Do you think there is just a horde of people out there that download songs they don’t like just for sh*ts and giggles? And if BuckCherry did leak their own song then that is a sad publicity stunt to try to make themselves look like the “cool” guys that are ok with illegal leaks of their super-duper songs should go to their “FANS” first.
