Flying Solo

As we know all too well, sometimes band members, particularly the singers decide to go solo. Sometimes it works out for them but most times it ultimately flops. IN a recent feature at Gibson.com, they highlighted 15 artists that successfully went solo. Wether the decision to go solo was to further ones own career or due to differences among band members, it’s often an ego stroke for most. I hate it when a band is working out just fine and then the sing, who as I previously stated, feels that the band is holding them back. The band that got them where they are and the band who is going to be ridiculed when they find a new singer. When it works out for the member going solo it’s usually the raw talent that they posses that keeps them on top. Below is the list of artists they highlight.
