Jimmy Page Doesn’t Want To Be A Star

…On the Hollywood walk of fame, that is. Rocky Dickerson started a campaign to nominate Led Zeppelin for a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame. While a lot of people would like to see this, Jimmy Page doesn’t feel that he should endorse it. Can’t blame the man for being humble.

Dickerson stated that he wants to make it fan driven.

“I’m trying to make this a totally fan-driven thing,” he said. “I don’t want anything from any corporate entity, or anything from LED ZEPPELIN. I want this to be a small thing that we, the fans, can give back to LED ZEPPELIN after 40 years of great music.”
