Kiss Capitalize On Guitar Hero

Surprised, Right? Riiiiight. As if we didn’t see this coming light years away. Kiss are capitalizing just a little more on Guitar Hero and probably Rock Band in the future. I’m actually surprised it took them this long. There was an actual full scale guitar with KISS on it, but I don’t know if it was ever produced or available to the public. If they really wanted to get in on it good they would create Gene’s Battle Axe bass and maybe Paul’s Ibanez Iceman guitars for Guitar Hero. Sure there are decals and lay-overs with Kiss, Ozzy and Motley Crue, and Slash (Personally I like the bulls eye Zakk Wylde one for the SG) but it would be cool to actually see some variety in guitars besides Gibson shaped and the ugly after market wireless guitars. So why just cases for Guitar Hero?
By the way…the guitars are made of plastic and I really don’t think cases are necessary. If it was a real SG, Les Paul or Explorer I could understand…but it’s a toy. I love the game…but it’s-a-toy.
As a kiss fan I am ashamed that I am the first soldier of the Kiss Army to say that of all the bands out there, and there are many, KISS is the ultimate band for Guitar Hero.
Think about all the cool extra features you could unlock. Perhps venues the band has performed in the bands infancy to present, guitars to unlock, with the addition of drums, now you can play as any member. Costumes can be unlocked special interviews with band members about getting involved perhaps in motion capturing themselves. As a fan of the Band since I was 9, what a great way to connect with the fans than to play as your favorite musician. My wish for the future “Guitar Hero KISS” coming soon.
Myself,I wouldn’t mind a KISS version of Guitar Hero.Let’s hope they make one soon!

Well as a die hard KISS fan for 15 years i believe that they deserve this game more than the bands they have already made one for. Well besides Aerosmith, I think Guitar Hero KISS will be the best one yet. Hopefully we will see it come out soon.

I really think it’s about time and i think it will be the best one out of aerosmith, metallica and van halen. i really hope they have original member material on the game and not the re record with the new kiss gene paul peter and ace created kiss not eric or tommy, i was disappointed with guitar hero 5 because they put the re record of shout it out loud and not the destroyer version they need to keep their history with gene paul peter and ace i don’t know why they are re creating what they already have done anyway i could rant about this all day but i hope guitar hero kiss will not be a disappointment i hope it will rock
KISS rule GH KISS would be the coolest thing ever you would need to be able to unlock vinnie, bruce, eric and eric and play at historic concerts like RIO 82 and Japan 77 you would start in conventry and work your way to the kiss 35th alive tour and be able to unlock costumes like destroyer dynasty hotter than hell they should skip the mid 80’s and go straight to hot in the shade where after go to alive 3 and then to the original reunion and you should be able to play at the superbowl
After playing RockBand Beatles… I hope KISS does not go with GH. The graphics on RB are just incredible. PLus with the wireless capability, USB inputs, etc. They could have a remote light up sign, small red strobes that would light after firehouse, plus the guitars. At this point Gene’s AXE has already been produced. But if they modeled it after the Beatles game it could be incredible with songs from all albums being available and downloads available to complete the more well known tracks. This could be so awesome. I just don’t think it will have the punch if released on GH. PLUS NO OTHER BANDS. Don’t need opening acts, just bring us straight to the KISS concerts with Doc McGhee doing the intro YOU WANTED THE BEST…. YOU GOT THE BEST…
