hello
KOOL
AWESOME!
just send it
From Toys In The Attic — “No More No More”. This album came out when I was a freshman in high school and is STILL one of my all time favorites.
From Dirt — “Down In A Hole”. The vocals on this song are both amazing and haunting!
From Destroyer — “Do You Love Me”. Another album that came out when I was a freshman. At the time, this song seemed like every girl’s dream — being the girlfriend of a major rock star!!
From Blizzard of Ozz — Yeah, I know the OBVIOUS choice here is “Crazy Train”, but for me, it’s always been “I Don’t Know”. This album came out when I was a freshman in college reminds me of all the fun I had that year!!
Great contest!! Thanks for taking me back — it was fun coming up with these answers!!
These are some of the BEST classic rock albums, and a must have for the rock music collection! The talent of these guys are awesome!
Aerosmith Toys In The Attic CD, My favorite song from that one would have to be Walk this way. Reminds me of when I was younger and had better looking legs. My boyfriend at the time used to sing this song to me. I guess i’m not the only one who loved this one because I see that some of the rappers “sampled” it.
Alice In Chains Dirt CD: I still love God Smack. Then again I love most things Alice. Reminds me of budweisers and a Datsun but don’t ask why. You really don’t want to know.
Kiss Destroyer CD: Ok now you really are going to know how ancient I am. I would say the song Beth is my favorite. I can still remember listening to this song at the skating rink when I was but a long legged, farrah fawcett doo teen.
Ozzy Osbourne Blizzard Of Oz CD: Crazy Train. I actually got to see the Blizzard of OZ concert. I can still remember all the people outside of the Cap Center protesting him because of the “bat incident’
Thank goodness someone is grasping the concept of this contest! Great Answers Catherine and Dara!
From Toys In The Attic . I love this . I got this album. It is one of my favorites, Sweet Emotion is my favorite song. Brings back memories of high school.
Alice In Chains Dirt -Down in a Hole has to be my favorite. I can remember listening to this when I was at college. Very soft for Alice In Chains.
Ozzy’s Blizzard Of Oz- I am a big Ozzy fan. I love all of his songs. Mr. Crowley would be my favorite off of this Cd .
Kiss Destroyer -Beth is my favorite, a great song played at all the school dances. I think this is their best song ever.
Thanks for taking me back to my wild and fun days!!
There not the Beatles but they do Rock!!
Toys in the Attic- I love the title track- ” Toys in the Attic “. It is by fae the best song on the album and rocks hard live.
Alice in Chains Dirt- AIC’s best song ever is ” Rooster “. For a while when I DJ’ed in college it was my theme song.
Blizzard of Oz-Mr. Crowley hands down is Ozzy’s greatest song ever ( black Sabbath stuff included). The five times I saw Ozzy, I waited for Crowely, then left because no other song would be half as good live.
Kiss Destroyer- Detroit Rock City by far. Mainly because I saw the Mighty Mighty Bosstones play a show many years ago and I actually got onstage and sang a line from this song because the Btones used to encore with it.
Now give me some CD’S!!!!
Sorry, I can’t pick out just one song from each CD. I love them all. The reason I love this type of music is because I was a teen in the 80s and rocked out to this music. I can’t get enough of it. I still listen to it at 40 years old.
1.From Toys In The Attic -“No More No More
2.Alice In Chains Dirt -” Rooster “.
3.Blizzard of Oz-Crazy Train

Aerosmith- toys in the attic
AIC – Would
Blizzard – Crazy Train
Kiss – Beth
Toys In The Attic – Sweet Emotion of course. I remember rockin’ this tune in junior high school. Loved it then, and still love it today.
Dirt – Iron Man. Never a big Alice in Chains fan, but this is just a jammin remake of an awesome song
Destroyer – Beth for sure. this brings back vivid teenage memories of nights at the lake, kicking back on the shore with the tape recorder blasting , looking up at the stars, hoping the boy I had a crush on was crushing on me too
Blizzard of Oz – Crazy Train for sure. One of the dopest Ozzy songs to date. I loved this song in high school. I could rock to it all day.
Seriously nostalgic titles. I’d love to win them!
Toys in the Attic- I love ALL of them , I suppose if I had to pick just one song it would have to be – ”Walk this Way “. It brings back memories of my college days – when I went to see them live in Toronto.
Alice in Chains Dirt- Actually I like all of them – hate to keep being repetitive but its the truth. Its a brilliant and powerful album of songs. I can relate to the lyrics in Sickman and Junkhead – again goes back to my college days. However, Them Bones is my favorite. All in all , a fantastic album.
Kiss Destroyer- Now what kind of women would I be if I didn’t say that I liked “Beth” – the song reminds me of my dating days. Oh to be young again. I also like “God of Thunder” for some reason the beginning of the song – just gets my heart pumping
Blizzard of Oz- “Crazy Train” OR “Mr Crowley”
Honestly, I like them all – brings back memories of days gone bye, and is music that was music – that I still enjoy.

Just looking through the track listings of these albums brings back happy teenage memories: skipping school to stand in line for concert tickets; reading Creem and Rolling Stone when I should have been doing my homework; and, best of all, sneaking out at night to make out with my delinquent boyfriend in his Mustang Cobra while listening to the classics (especially Ozzy).
It’s hard to choose favorites, but I guess it will have to be:
Mr. Crowley (Ozzy)
Detroit Rock City (Kiss)
Sweet Emotion (Aerosmith)
Rooster (Alice in Chains)
Thanks for the memories and for sponsoring this contest!
enter me
You have to read the rules and learn how to enter. Take a look at how other people have entered. That’s all I’m asking for…too easy.
Aerosmith: From Toys In The Attic – Walk This Way, every time I hear this song, I just want to get up and have a good time. It also makes a good song for everyone to chip in and sing together.
Alice In Chains: Dirt CD – Rain When I Die, It’s a good song, and I can only help but hope it is raining when I die, because rainy weather is my favorite weather. So I want to be doing something I love to do, and have it raining as well when I die.
Kiss: Destroyer CD – Beth, Everytime I listen to this song, it puts me in a relaxed mood, even though it is kind of sad. I can’t help but sing along.
Ozzy Osbourne: Blizzard of Oz CD – Goodbye To Romance. I like listening to this song when I am sad and depressed, I don’t know exactly why, but to me, it’s just one of those songs to listen to when you’re not so happy.
Rock on
Aerosmith’s Toys in the Attic song, Sweet Emotion is my fave from that album because it’s just a rockin’ tune!
Alice in Chain’s Dirt album produced on of my favorite songs of all time, Down In a Hole, because it got me through a really rough period in my life.
My favorite song off KISS’s Destroyer album is Detroit Rock City, honestly, because it’s the only song I really enjoy off that album.
Crazy Train is my all time favorite from Ozzy, so this is definatly my favorite from his album Blizzard of Oz!
Thanks for a great opportunity to win these CD’s. Since I have the Ozzy and Kiss one on LP!!! Now I’ll be able to listen in my car! HaHa!
You mean to tell me you don’t have a record player in your car like Abbott And Costello?…or was it Laurel And Hardy?…I don’t remember.
Aerosmith- “Walk this Way” because I loved it as a child and it makes me happy because I kinda remember that it was the remake they did of this song with RunDMC that brought them back again and I am thrilled for their success.
Alice in Chains- “Rooster” because it touched me due to the connection to Vietnam but as a whole that album was an unbelievable downer.
Kiss- I love the song “Beth”. I just thought it was so pretty and a nice change of pace from a typical Kiss song.
Ozzy Osbourne- “Crazy Train” because it’s just a rock classic and an Ozzy classic.
Thanks for the chance to win!
Aerosmith’s “Sweet Emotion” has great vocal fusion on the background voices.
Alice in Chain’s “Rooster” is politically potent.
Kiss’ “Beth” reminds me of my little sister and my cousin singing to the slowed down song of theirs.
Ozzy’s “Crazy Train” yields a favorite memory of my brother wailing along to this tune.
Aerosmith– no no more
Alice in chains- down in a hole
Ozzy-mr crowly
Kiss- this is a hard one..Beth or detroit rock city!Depends on my mood..lol
