No, Not the North Viet-Namese. Charles Manson. Henry Rollins told the music site NME.Com that he used to exchange letter with ole’ Chuck back in the 80’s.

In the mid 90’s and around the time Guns N’ Roses Spaghetti Incident came out there was a huge controversial t-shirt on the market with the face of Charles Manson on the front and the infamous line from the movie Apocalypse Now! “Charlie Don’t Surf”.
