Here is U2’s latest video for their new single, Magnificent, from their recently released No Line On The Horizon album.
 

 
The video for “Magnificent” was directed by French filmmaker Alex Courtes. Alex also directed the video for the band’s previous single, “Get On Your Boots,” and alongside his former creative partner Martin Fougeral won a Grammy award for the “Vertigo” video. The video for “Magnificent” was shot in the historic city of Fez, Morocco last month.

U2 have just released their 10th studio album, No Line on The Horizon and as usual they will set off on a full scale tour in support of No Line On The Horizon on July 30th called U2 360° Tour.

U2 will perform on the CBS Late Show with David Letterman for an entire week (Mon-Fri) during the week of March 2nd to the 6th. No Line On The Horizon, U2’s 12th album will be in stores on March 3rd and the first single from the album titled “Get on Your Boots” is already proving to be a hit on the charts. The video for Get On Your Boots can be seen after the fold.

London’s famed Olympic Studios has had some financial problems as of late and it was reported not too long ago that there was a possibility that it would be shutting down operations. Although the studio is owned by EMI, they say it is not profitable due to advances in home recording equipment.

U2 have unveiled the album artwork and track-listing for their upcoming album No Line On The Horizon, which will be released March 3rd on Interscope records. The first single, Get On Your Boots will be released this Tuesday (January 19th). Check back here on Tuesday to listen to the track. Until then you can check out the tracklisting below.

Legendary Irish pop/rockers U2 have set March 3rd 2009 for the release of their next album, No Line On The Horizon. No Line’ is the bands 12th album and was recorded in various locations. Look for an epic world tour in the coming year.

U2’s forthcoming album will be called ‘No Line On The Horizon’, according to a report in the Sunday Mirror.
While an official announcement is yet to be made, the website nolineonthehorizon.com has since been registered by Universal Records – the record label to which U2 are signed.
The Mirror also reported that the album will be released on November 14.
