I heard Seether’s Cover of Wham’s Careless Whispers a few weeks ago and then was reminded again about it by Musicgoat.com. Seether: Finding Beauty In Negative Spaces is an album that I bought earlier this year when I took over The Rock Dose. I’ve only listened to it a few times but I was writing a few things on Metal Martyr this morning while listening to Samhain, an old favorite of mine. After Samhain and breezing through a few other “S” bands like Scar Symmetry, Scorn and The Scorpions, Seether came on and I just let it play from the beginning instead of skipping to the “hits”.

Multi-platinum hard rock quartet STAIND has added more dates to their upcoming tour with special guests Seether, Papa Roach, and on select dates, Red. The tour begins October 4th at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD. Fans can go to www.Staind.com for ticket information.

I bought this CD the other day, but soon after leaving Wal-mart, I realized it was edited before I opened it. Needless to say I returned it and have yet to give it a listen.
