Pink Floyd. Just the name brings such a joy to me heart. I’m not one of those fans that gushes over the early Pink Floyd works, but I still love the band for the albums that I own and the spectacle of their live shows.

Remember this? Shortly after 9/11, the worldwide donation drive for tributetoheroes.com did the live show with artist of all sorts performing together. While I know it was for a good cause and everything, this whole collaboration with The Goo Goo Dolls and Fred Durst is an abomination. Sorry, but you can’t take a classic song like Pink Floyd’s Wish You Were Here, and change to words. WYWH lyrics already fit the time and situation.
